Returns and Exchanges
We've got you covered. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (minus return label fees) within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Once received, the product will be refunded.
Product(s) not in the original condition and packaging will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
Outbound shipping is not part of the refund.
The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment card. We will credit your card as soon as your return is processed, typically within 3-5 business days after receipt of the merchandise.
Please note that refunds typically appear on credit card statements one full billing cycle from the refund date.
